1. Scope of Application

 

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between Seven Bike e.U, Hannovergasse 12, 1200 Vienna, and customers regarding the purchase of bicycles, bicycle accessories, as well as repair and maintenance services.

2. Conclusion of Contract

 

The presentation of products on the website 7bike.at does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to contact us without obligation. A purchase contract is only concluded once the order is confirmed in person at our shop or after individual agreement.

3. Prices

 

All prices are stated in euros (€). The prices valid at the time of the order apply. Errors and price changes are reserved.

4. Delivery & Shipping

 

Delivery is available upon request.

• Vienna: from €10

• Lower Austria: from €30

Exact delivery costs will be communicated in advance for each individual case.
Shipping to other regions is only possible upon special agreement.

5. Collection

 

Customers can collect their goods directly from our shop during opening hours: Hannovergasse 12, 1200 Vienna.

6. Payment

 

Payment is made upon collection or, if agreed, upon delivery. Online payment methods are currently not available.

7. Exchange & Return

 

A withdrawal from the purchase contract or return of goods is excluded. However, an exchange of purchased items is possible at any time.

8. Warranty & Service

 

All bicycles are sold with a 12-month warranty covering brakes and gears. Repairs for our customers are offered at a 20% discount.

9. Liability

 

We accept no liability for damage resulting from improper use or modification of the product.

​

10. Data Protection

 

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy (see Privacy Policy section).

11. Place of Jurisdiction

 

Austrian law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria.
